What
You CAN Do
1. You can change the
articles as you see fit. You can compile
them into a brand new ebook, use the articles on
your site, use them in your newsletter, blog,
any other way you can think of - with the
exception of the rules below.
2. You may submit the
articles to article directories, as long as your
name appears as the author.
3. You can compile the
audio articles to make a brand new audio book,
put them on a CD and sell them, offer them to
your subscribers (imagine how impressed they'll
be when you send them audio newsletters!)
What
You CANNOT Do
1. You may not pass the private
label rights on to any one else. The
private label rights are for members of NicheAudioArticles.com
only. If I allow you to
pass on private label rights to these articles,
the value would be lowered for the other members
of NicheAudioArticles.com.
2. You cannot use any
form of unethical means to profit from these
materials. This includes, but is not
limited to, spamming. Any reports of such
activity will result in immediate termination of
your account, and no refunds will be issued.
Any affiliate earnings will also be forfeited.
3. You may not sell the
articles; they are for your use only.
4. You may not claim
copyright on any materials you get from NicheAudioArticles.com
unless substantial changes are made. By
substantial, I mean that they are not
recognizable as coming from NicheAudioArticles.com.
5. If you cancel your
membership, you will still have private label
rights to all products you have paid for.
If you cancel your membership, you will not be
permitted to rejoin to prevent any abuse.
